Alut has more than 400 volunteers from Israel and abroad who take part in various areas of activities. Volunteers can volunteer in specific projects, such as helping in summer camps, lecturing in schools or in one of our ongoing programs (occupational centers for adults with autism or rehabilitation day care centers).

Volunteers from Abroad

Each year ALUT's welcomes 150 volunteers from 24 countries around the word. Volunteers from abroad are welcome to join us as volunteers from a minimum of four months and up to a year. Volunteers receive training and work with therapeutic teams in one of ALUT's various program locations

MASA Programs
You can Join us as a MASA Gap Year Volunteer or as a MASA Internship. This volunteerism requires volunteers with basic Hebrew language skills to be able to communicate with our beneficiaries.

VOIS Program
ALUT provides VOIS volunteers with adequate sleeping quarters; transportation; a small allowance; volunteer insurance in accordance with the laws of the National Insurance Institute and Hebrew language studies. Volunteers work 5 days a week, 35-40 hours per week. Volunteers are obligated to volunteer for a minimum 4 months.
